How does Spark of Life distance healing work?
Schedule your 90 min session
We’ll get on the phone briefly at the time of your session to discuss what you specifically want worked on. I’ll need your full name and location. We will hang up before the session starts.
For the first half of the session you will rest comfortably in a seated or upright position. I will text you when I’m moving into the second half during which you can lay all the way down.
I will text you when I’m finished and you can continue to integrate and rest. Most clients feel significant shifts during and immediately after the session that continue to integrate over time.
